The Planning, Research and Statistics Directorate gives the Corporation the evidence it needs to plan and to protect its assets. It monitors Corporation projects and properties to reduce encroachment and misuse, prepares the annual budget and monthly reports, collects and analyses statistical data, and feeds research findings back into policy and investment decisions.
